Garden Pest or french delicacy
A slimy snail moves along a plant leaf with inquisitive eyes looking up. Snails and slugs are gastropods, which make up the largest class of mollusks with more than 60,000 species. Most of these species can be identified by their shells. Snails are found everywhere except arctic and antarctica. Species can live on land, fresh water or sea. When snails move, they stick out their heads revealing two pairs of tentacles. The taller pair of tentacles are where snails eyes are located, the lower pair of tentacles are for sense of smell and touch. Focus on near side of snail.
