ITALY - PROTEST- DEMONSTRATION AGAINST SCHOOL REFORM

ITALY, Palermo: Thousands of students marched and held banners against Renzi's school reform in Palermo, Italy on October 9, 2015.A theme of the protests is the revisions to the calculation of family income, which some say will reduce scholarships and housing for students. Students throughout the country protested what's know as La Buona Scuola. A spokesman for the protesters said they were going to announce a week of mobilization lasting until October 17. They plan to launch an attack for free education and reversal of policies.
