VENEZUELA - DROUGHT - ELECTRICITY RATIONING
VENEZUELA, Caracus: El Tolon, one of Caracas's largest shopping malls, appears dark and deserted in the afternoon of February 11, 2016 as it rations power. As El Nino causes a massive drought that affects reservoirs feeding the country's hydroelectric plants, the new three-month rationing plan requires large shopping malls to shutdown electricity from 1 to 3 pm, and from 7 to 9pm.
