BELGIUM, Brussels: A firm Prime Minister of the United Kingdom, David Cameron, holds a press conference on February 20, 2016 to explain the terms of the settlement reached at the European Council in Brussels. He has demanded that Britain will place tighter restrictions on access to the UK's welfare system and reiterated his point that Britain will never join the Euro. Britain will face a referendum on June 23, 2016 to decide whether to stay in the European Union.
