ITALY - VATICAN - POPE FRANCIS ADDRESSES SCANDALS
ITALY, Rome: Pope Francis appears pensive in St. Peter's Square at the Vatican on October 14, 2015. During his address, the pope reportedly asks forgiveness for a pair of scandals within the Vatican this month: Monsignor Krzysztof Charamsa was recently dismissed after revealing at an October 3 news conference that he was gay and had lived with his male partner for years. And a clergyman at the Santa Teresa d'Avila parish reportedly had relations with vulnerable adults, according to local media.
