NEPAL-KATHMANDU-PARLIAMENT
NEPAL, Kathmandu: As unrest continues in Nepal surrounding the nation's new constitution, protesters from Nepal's indigenous Madhesi community disrupted a parliamentary meeting in Kathmandu on November 8, 2015. Demanding more government representation, these indigenous people have placed blockades at all border crossings with India for the past three months, moving Nepal closer and closer to a humanitarian crisis. As the United Democratic Madhesi Front took the stage to disrupt the parliamentary meeting, lawmakers backing the protesters chanted pro-Madhesi slogans.
