French President Hollande has declared a state of emergency after at least 128 people were killed in terrorist attacks in Paris, France, on 13 November 2015. Security had been stepped up since Friday, November 13 just prior to the attacks due to an increased risk of terrorist attacks. In addition, the French government had decided to reinstate border controls prior to the forthcoming World Climate Summit to be held on 30 November 2015.
