FRANCE, Paris: red cross and Civil protection workers set their headquarters at 11th district city hall, in Paris, during the night between November 13 and November 14, 2015. A series of coordinated attacks in and around Paris late on November 13 which left at least 128 people dead. French President Francois Hollande on November 14 blamed the Islamic State group for the attacks in Paris that left at least 128 dead, calling them an act of war.
