USA, Chicago: Protesters clog the streets in Chicago, Illinois on November 24, 2015 following the release of footage that showed the shooting of Laquan McDonald by Chicago Policeman Jason Van Dyke last year. Tensions were high, and at least five people were arrested as they came face-to-face with officers. On the evening of McDonald's death in October 2014, toxicology reports show that he was high on PCP, and he was reportedly wielding a knife during his encounter with police. He was shot 16 times in 15 seconds by Van Dyke.
