ENGLAND - LONDON - DEMONSTRATIONS
ENGLAND, London: A woman holds a sign in a show of support for 'comfort women' outside the Korean Embassy in London on January 6, 2016. 'Comfort women' as they were called, were primarily Korean women who were forced into prostitution by the Japanese military during World War Two.The demonstrators gathered today to oppose a deal that was reached between Japan and South Korea on December 28. They claim the deal was reached without consulting the remaining survivors of the abuse.
