ITALY, Rome: Rome Commissioner Francesco Paolo Tronca (center-right, wrapped in Italian flag) is joined by other officials at Capitoline Hill in Rome, Italy as they pay tribute following the terror attacks that left at least 30 people dead in Brussels, Belgium on March 22, 2016. The Islamic State terror group has taken responsibility for the attacks, which brought death and destruction on Zaventem airport and Maelbeek metro station.
