Competitions of the flag wavers and the parade of the districts

Ferrara, Italy - 10 may 2015 - Arrival in the square of the flag wavers and drummers. The flag-flyers compete in games of dexterity and the winner is awarded the “Palio” produced by a different artist every year. Historic reenactments, flag wavers are typical aspects of a town that has over a thousand-year old history.
