Waterfall of the Meijiro garden that flows into the central pond

Orange Japanese carp koi in the central pond of Mejiro Garden which is surrounded by large flat stones under the foliage of the momiji maple trees and pines. Set on the pond, the hexagonal gazebo has a wickerwork ceiling that beautifully reflects the light from the surface of the water.
