Ding Dong mine West Penwith Cornwall
Ding Dong mine in Penwith is reputed to be one of the oldest mines in Cornwall.� It is said that this area was mined as early as 2000 years ago,and was visited by Christ and Joseph of Arimathea. The first real record of the workings were made at the beginning of the 17th century.
